Baraja de 55 cartas, impresa por  Naipes Heraclio Fournier en el año 1976 para Alan Hutchison.

Noah’s Deck es una baraja de cartas ilustrada de temática bíblica que fue impresa y fabricada por la reconocida empresa española de naipes Heraclio Fournier, S.A.

• Diseño: Las cartas fueron completamente ilustradas por la artista Ljiljana Rylands.
• Contenido: La baraja consta de un total de 52 cartas más 2 comodines (Jokers) y una carta publicitaria.
• Año de Publicación: Salió al mercado en el año 1988.
• Editorial: Fue editada y publicada por la firma británica Alan Hutchison & Co Ltd en Londres, mientras que la impresión en alta calidad corrió a cargo de Fournier en España.
• Temática: Las ilustraciones se basan por completo en los animales del Arca de Noé, distribuidos según sus diferentes entornos naturales.

Los Cuatro Palos de la Baraja

Para adaptar el diseño tradicional a la narrativa del arca, la artista sustituyó o representó visualmente los palos franceses estándar a través de cuatro grandes familias del reino animal:

• Picas: Representadas por insectos.
• Corazones: Representados por mamíferos terrestres.
• Tréboles: Representados por aves.
• Diamantes: Representados por peces y vida marina.
• Comodines (Jokers): Los dos comodines de la baraja muestran la figura de un mono arlequín

Presentada en estuche de cartón con varios desperfectos, pero el mazo nunca ha sido jugado, está impecable por dentro.

Noah’s Deck is a Bible-themed illustrated card deck printed and manufactured by the renowned Spanish playing card company Heraclio Fournier, S.A.

• Design: The cards were fully illustrated by artist Ljiljana Rylands.
• Contents: The deck consists of a total of 52 cards plus 2 Jokers and an advertising card.
• Year of Publication: Released to the market in 1988.
• Publisher: It was produced and published by the British firm Alan Hutchison & Co Ltd in London, while the high-quality printing was handled by Fournier in Spain.
• Theme: The illustrations are based entirely on the animals of Noah’s Ark, grouped according to their different natural habitats.

The Four Suits of the Deck

To adapt the traditional design to the Ark narrative, the artist replaced—or visually represented—the standard French suits using four major animal kingdom families:

• Spades: Represented by insects.
• Hearts: Represented by land mammals.
• Clubs: Represented by birds.
• Diamonds: Represented by fish and marine life.
• Jokers: The two Jokers in the deck feature a harlequin monkey.

Presented in a cardboard box showing some wear, but the deck itself has never been played and is in pristine condition inside.
