Killer Bees The Ellusionist playing cards

Descripción

Killer Bees The Ellusionist playing cards

Killer Bees The Ellusionist playing cards

Killer bees are a mutant hybrid resulting from the crossbreeding of timid European honeybees and their African relatives.

As in any superhero story, these killer bees were introduced to Brazil by mad scientists aiming to replenish dwindling colonies.

But no one could contain them…

In 1957, 26 swarms escaped quarantine and declared war on the Western Hemisphere.

Lurking from the air, these villains pursue their victims for up to half a mile…

For this deck, the creators sought to capture the dark aesthetic of these cold-faced killers, designing a deep black back featuring what looks like a spill of toxic-yellow honeycomb.

The black faces feature custom symbols and a sinister simplicity; they are reminiscent of the markings one might see on a discarded barrel of methylamine.

Killer bees are the product of an unauthorized laboratory experiment triggered by a toxic waste spill onto a delicate honeybee hive.

Get them before they get you.
